Rolling Clothes Into Packing Cubes

While rolling clothes can help you create a better organized bag maximize space and keep clothing wrinkle free it isn t a magic method that will help you bring more clothing.

Rolling will keep your clothes compressed letting you make the most of the space in your suitcase. Lay out any clothes made of softer material such as underwear t shirts jeans cotton pants and knitwear. Packing cubes are a great way to keep your stuff organized and compact and determine whether or not you should fold or roll. Rolling dresses is very similar to the above procedure for shirts.

To properly roll your clothes lay the item of clothing out flat. Roll it up towards the sleeves about three inches. If you have a suitcase or a backpack like the outbreaker group rolled clothes on one side flat on the other or stack rolled items on top of folded pieces. To roll a tee shirt for a packing cube lay the shirt front side up and smooth it out with your hands.

Roll on a hard surface like tile hardwood floors or a table. Rolling the rest of your clothes helps you make the most of the gaps in your suitcase that folding can leave. Using the methods taught in this video will allow you to take more clothes wit. Plus it lets you pack more.

If you re on the ground use padding for your knees. The more secure the clothing is the better the roll. You can use rubber bands or hair ties to keep the roll together. Roll up the bottom part of the shirt about 3 inches to create a cuff then fold in the left and right sides of the shirt to make it into a rectangle.

Packing cubes help you stay organized and you can use. Fold them lengthwise then roll up each folded piece into a bundle before placing them into the packing cubes. Lay the dress out flat in front of you with the hem at the bottom. Packing cubes are a great way to maximize space in your luggage and keep your clothes organized.
